Just wanted to give some kudos to the support team.

WordPress upgrade went belly up somehow... and then i fumbled around in there and i am sure i made matters worse.

Called support, no wait, and they were super helpful and nice, was a pleasure to talk to a real human that doesn't have an automated response they are reading. Walked through troubleshooting with me and the entire experience was very good. It is rare these days that after sales support is so good. Making a call to a call centre is usually enough to send me into a stroke, even just thinking about it.

So just wanted to say thanks for making a stressful time far less stressful.
